MEET OUR TEAM

  • Head of Football & Certified NFLPA Agent

    Dylan will serve as our NFL agent, responsible for everything related to professional football, contract negotiations & recruiting, and college football NIL marketing. Dylan played college football and being a football agent has provided him with the opportunity to combine his expertise in sports and business. Dylan graduated from the University of Minnesota and worked with a top sports management agency prior to joining Next Gen Sports, where he brings his experience from representing multiple current NFL players and draft picks. Dylan is originally from Chicago, IL and currently resides in Dallas, TX.


  • CEO & Certified NBPA Agent

    Brandon Stevenson founded NGS and will serve as our NBA Agent, responsible for everything related to professional basketball, contract negotiations & recruiting, and college basketball NIL marketing. Being a basketball agent has allowed Brandon to combine his love for the game of basketball and his passion for helping people. Brandon graduated from Concordia University, Saint Paul and brings experience from one of the biggest sports management firms in the country. Brandon is originally from Minneapolis, MN and currently resides in Austin, TX.
